No. I work with people at different stages, from those running businesses, to those considering a change, to people who simply want clearer thinking around work, direction, or life decisions. What matters more than your title is your willingness to reflect and engage honestly.
It’s closer to mentoring. I don’t follow a prescribed coaching model or script. Our conversations are shaped by your situation, your questions, and what’s actually happening for you. My role is to help you think more clearly and confidently, drawing on real-world experience rather than theory.
We usually start with a coffee and a conversation. There’s no agenda and no obligation. We talk about where you’re at, what’s feeling stuck or unclear, and whether working together makes sense. Sometimes that single conversation is enough to create clarity.
Start with a cuppaNo, and that’s intentional. I won’t make decisions for you or tell you what you should do. I will ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions when it’s useful, and help you see your options more clearly so you can make decisions that feel right for you.
Neither, at least not as a promise. Real change usually comes from small shifts in thinking, clarity, and confidence over time. My focus is on sustainable progress, not quick fixes or hype.
That’s completely fine. Many people come to the first conversation without clear answers, just a sense that something needs attention. You don’t need to arrive with a plan. Curiosity is enough.
Often through stories and examples. I’ll draw on real experiences, my own, or those I’ve encountered through business, community, and long-standing relationships, to provide context and perspective. From there, you’re free to take what resonates and leave what doesn’t. The aim isn’t to copy someone else’s path, but to think more clearly about your own.
A large Americano, with extra hot water on the side, it allows for a longer conversation.
If your questions aren’t answered here, that’s okay. The best place to start is still a conversation.
Start with a cuppaNo pressure. No obligation. Just a conversation.
