From first steps into self-employment to navigating growth and difficult decisions, I help you think clearly, structure properly, and move forward with confidence.
Based in Katikati, working locally and online.
I work by creating the right conditions for people to think clearly. That means slowing things down, listening carefully, and asking thoughtful questions. Rather than giving advice or quick answers, I often share context and real-world experiences, offering perspective that helps people see their situation more clearly and decide their next steps with confidence. There's no pressure to perform, no obligation to commit, and no expectation that you arrive with everything figured out. We start with an honest conversation and see where it leads.
I bring decades of hands-on experience building, running, and rebuilding businesses in New Zealand and the United States. My background spans agriculture, food production, hospitality, transport, property, and community-led enterprise. I’ve started businesses from scratch, scaled operations, navigated failure, rebuilt after major life changes, and worked at governance and policy levels alongside operators, regulators, and researchers. That breadth matters, because it allows me to offer perspective, not prescriptions. I understand the realities of decision-making, risk, responsibility, and change, and I bring that understanding into every conversation.
If you’re feeling the need to pause, think things through, or talk openly about what’s next, the best place to start is a conversation. We meet for a coffee (your shout- large americano, extra hot water on the side allows for a longer conversation 😊 ) and talk, no agenda, no pressure, and no obligation. Sometimes one conversation is enough to bring clarity. Sometimes it’s the beginning of something more. Either way, it’s a grounded place to start.
No pressure. No obligation. Just a conversation.
